Enjoy free delivery on orders over £60 (GB mainland). Orders are usually dispatched the same or next working day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays) and typically arrive within 1-2 working days via tracked courier. Out-of-area postcodes (including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) may take longer and incur additional charges. Saturday delivery is available on request.
If your item is damaged, missing or faulty, please contact us within 30 days with photos if possible. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us and return your item. Returns may be sent via your own courier, or we can arrange a collection for a small fee. Refunds are processed once items are received at our warehouse.
