Further Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order the same day or the next working day wherever possible. 

For most UK mainland deliveries, we use 24-hour couriers, so your order should arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch. If you're located outside of England, Wales or Southern Scotland, delivery may take a little longer.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Most orders are dispatched the same or next working day, but getting in touch ensures we can advise on the best option.

While we always aim for fast delivery, arrival times are subject to courier performance and cannot be guaranteed.

We mainly use DPD, who will send you tracking updates by email or SMS. Their tracking includes a 1-hour window delivery window, so you can plan your day with confidence.

Saturday delivery can sometimes be arranged on request via email or phone.

You can update your delivery address before your order is dispatched.

If your order has already left our warehouse, a re-routing fee may apply. We'll always confirm this with you first.

We recommend using the DPD app to manage your delivery, set a safe place or redirect your parcel to a neighbour.

Our drivers can only deliver to the front door of the address provided. For insurance reasons, they are unable to enter your home or building.

Returns

For Missing Items

Please check all packaging carefully before contacting us. If something is missing, get in touch and we may ask for photos of the packaging to help resolve this quickly.

For Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives in a damaged box, please sign for it as damaged and take photos before opening. Once opened, photograph any damage and contact us within 30 days. Please keep the damaged item, as it may need to be returned.

No problem - you have 14 days form the day after receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. You'll then have another 14 days to send it back or arrange collection. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

If you're sending items back yourself, please include your order information and mark which items are being returned.

Please return items in their original condition where possible and ensure they're securely packaged. items damaged in return transit may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland: £6 for the first parcel / £4 for each additional parcel.
  • All other areas: £12 per outer parcel.
