Order Information

  • Click on My Account in the top right hand corner of the website.
  • Enter your email address and the 6-digit code sent to your inbox..
  • Select the order you'd like to view to see its current status.

If you need to cancel, please contact our customer services as soon as possible at help@originalbetterware.com.

We'll do our best to catch the order before it leaves our warehouse. However, orders are often processed quickly, so cancellations aren't always possible. If your order has already been dispatched, the easiest option is to refuse the delivery. Once the parcel returns to us, we'll process your refund.

We can update delivery details (such as your address) as long as your order hasn't been picked or dispatched.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to change the items in an order. If you need to add or remove something, the order will need to be cancelled and placed again.

You can apply your discount code during checkout.

  • Enter the code in the "Gift card or discount code" box in the right-hand side of the checkout screen.
  • Your discount will be applied automatically to your order.

Please note: only one discount code can be used per order, and some codes have specific terms and conditions.

Account Information

Creating and account is quick and simple:

  • Click My Account in the top right-hand corner of the website.
  • Enter your email address.
  • A 6-digit code will be sent to your inbox.
  • Enter the code to access your account.

Once logged in, you'll be able to view your order history and manage your details.

After logging in, you can update your personal information and delivery addresses from within your account.

Please note: your email address cannot be changed, as it's used for login verification. If you wish to use a different email, you'll need to create a new account.

First, check your spam or junk folder in case the email has been filtered there. If you still can't find it, please contact our customer services team and we'll be happy to help.

Yes - once logged in, you can view your full order history, including previous and current orders, along with their status.
